The majority of people preparing for a photo shoot are nervous, even more so, with a boudoir photo shoot. If you are doing this as a wedding gift then you will already have a million other things going through your head prior to big day. On day of your boudoir photo shoot relax, enjoy yourself and have fun it will shine through in pictures.
A few days before shoot:
Visit your hairstylist and get your hair done. Have a manicure and pedicure. Have a makeover. Buy some new lingerie, shoes and accessories.
On day of shoot:
Make sure all tags etc are off new lingerie. Do your hair and make-up. If travelling for your shoot wear loose clothes that will not leave any elastic marks including sock lines, they don't flatter!
Drink plenty of water, it can be very warm under lights having your pictures done.
Eat something light so you don't flag during shoot.
Always give yourself a little more time than you think you will need.
What to wear:
number one rule is wear what YOU feel comfortable in, don’t wear something that you would never normally wear or that makes you feel awkward. Among list of things to wear are following:
Corsets, basques, bra and knicker sets, stockings, bridal wear, men’s shirts, heels, stocking and suspenders.
Relax, Enjoy and have FUN!!!!!
