Baby bump photography shoots are in high demand, so whether you are looking for stylish and elegant maternity portraits or natural to life, baby bump photographer Ann Lewis will happily help you in any way she can to achieve lasting images that you will cherish for a lifetime.
When is best time for pregnancy photography?
From 34 weeks onwards but the bigger your bump better!
Where will photo shoot take place?
I normally do photo shoot here and then weather permitting local park. This enables a choice of studio and natural light portraits for you to choose from. I am totally flexible however and don’t mind coming to your home if you would prefer.
What should I bring?
I suggest anything sentimental for baby ie scan picture, baby booties and babies soft toy.
What can I expect during shoot?
Most people are nervous to begin with, but after a very short while, you'll ease into it and enjoying shoot. Part of skill of a professional photographer is getting best out of client and that is achieved easily by baby bump photographers Ann’s relaxed and laid back nature. All images selected are professionally and personally hand finished guaranteeing you look a million dollars in final image.
Can I include my partner and children?
Partners are very much encouraged and welcome to be part of shoot. If you already have children and would like to include them too, that's fine. You could bring someone along for support such as a friend, your mum or sister etc.
What should I wear for shoot?
Clothes that reveal your baby bump - underwear, nighties, white shirts, crop tops or even T-shirts.
Do I have to get naked?
A photo shoot is about you and your requirements! I will do whatever you feel comfortable with. Clothed, semi-clothed and nude is your choice. Any nudity is very tastefully done. However, an unbuttoned shirt or wrapped in silky material can be just as revealing for your bump.
On day of shoot:
Make sure all tags etc are off new lingerie. Do your hair and make-up. Wear loose clothes that will not leave any elastic marks before your photo shoot including bra straps and sock lines, they don't flatter!
Drink plenty of water; it can be very warm under lights having your pictures done.
Eat something light so you don't flag during shoot.
Always give yourself a little more time than you think you will need.
The most important part - relax, enjoy and have FUN!!!!! Can I include my partner and children?
